History
Elbet traces its history to 2002 in Belgrade, where it started as a technology company building virtual games exclusively for retail betting. Its catalogue grew into number games (lottery-style draws such as Lucky Balls and Fast 49), virtual sports such as dog racing, and virtual casino games, and it says it works with four state lotteries; testimonials on the site come from the Croatian State Lottery and the National Videolottery of Macedonia. It also makes CrashClicker, a handheld terminal for playing multiplayer crash games on big screens in betting shops.
In 2020 Elbet extended development to online games, with support for both fiat and cryptocurrency, and it has since added slots and instant-win games such as Rocketman and Plinko. In April 2024 Elbet Limited received MGA licence MGA/B2B/997/2023. The company lists offices in Zebbug (Malta), Bandon (Ireland) and Belgrade (Serbia), and its about page says it partners with more than 250 operators on three continents, while its home page gives more than 150.
