History
Euro Games Technology was registered in Sofia in 2002 and released its first game, Gladiator, the same year. It became one of the larger European manufacturers of gaming cabinets and multi-game slot packages, progressing from Vega Vision multiplayer and the Premier series to curved cabinets, the General series and the Supreme S-series, with its Green, Blue and Orange collections widely deployed in Eastern European, Latin American and African venues. It added subsidiaries in multiplayer, aviation and cabinet steel production, and in 2024 its personal shareholdings were replaced by Maltese holding companies.
Its online story is more tangled than supplier lists suggest. EGT Interactive, the brand that put EGT-derived slots online, belonged to a separately owned company that renamed itself Amusnet in 2022 — EGT was never its shareholder. EGT's own online arm, EGT Digital, was an acquired shell: registered in 2019 as Casino Solutions Interactive, bought by EGT in January 2020, renamed EGT Digital that March, and transferred in April 2023 to a Maltese holding, making it today a sister company under the same beneficial ownership rather than an EGT subsidiary. EGT Digital supplies the X-Nave platform, an aggregator and online content, and serves games from egt-ong.com hosts.
Notable
- EGT Interactive, the brand behind most 'EGT' online slots, was never an EGT subsidiary — it belonged to a separately owned company that became Amusnet in 2022.
- EGT Digital was an acquired shell (registered 2019 as Casino Solutions Interactive) renamed in 2020, and since April 2023 sits legally outside EGT as a sister company.
- Land-based multi-game packages (Green, Blue, Orange collections) and jackpot systems are its core product rather than individual titles.
- EGT Digital serves games from per-operator hosts on egt-ong.com, distinct from Amusnet's amusnet.io.

How well established
The Bulgarian registration, the 2024 transfer of shareholdings to Maltese holding companies and EGT Digital's corporate history are documented from register filings. What links EGT to Amusnet and to EGT Digital is a shared declared ultimate beneficial owner rather than an equity relationship.
