History
CherryPlay made its market debut in December 2024, and in January 2025 announced Olga Bajela as chief executive. Its first operator partnership was with Hard Rock Casino NL, followed during 2025 by BetCity, JACKS.NL, StarCasino and 711 in the Netherlands, and in April 2025 by a launch in Belgium with StarCasino. A further Dutch launch, with Fair Play Online Casino, was announced in September 2026.
The company's commercial model replaces revenue share with a fixed licence fee, which it compares to a subscription. Its press releases say the games are developed on the Bragg Gaming technology stack, and its FAQ states that the games are certified by testing laboratories and comply with Dutch regulation. The catalogue consists of classic and feature slots such as Multi Banks, Super Coin, 6 Stepper, King VI and Golden Temple Rising, several of them tied to the multi-tier Golden Cherry jackpot system.
