History
The B2B site gives 2007 as its year of establishment and dates the start of its B2B business to the acquisition of Globalcom Bingo that year; its timeline places the establishment of Dragonfish as an independent B2B division of 888 Holdings plc in 2009. Press releases kept on the site describe Dragonfish running a bingo network for white-label partners, winning eGaming Review B2B awards in categories including White Label Partner and Bingo Network of the Year, rebranding its casino services as Casinoflex in 2016, announcing the FALCON client programme and acquiring Jet Management, owner of Costa Bingo, in 2019.
Broadway Gaming, whose own timeline begins with the launch of the Butlers Bingo site in June 2010, signed a deal to acquire Dragonfish in 2021, and its group site records the purchase of the Dragonfish B2B and B2C platform in July 2022. The group obtained a Gaming Related Supplier licence in Ontario in 2022 and launched what it calls the province's first regulated online bingo site in 2023. In 2024 it bought brand assets from Tau Marketing Solutions and Zenzero, whose sites already ran on its platform, and brands including Robin Hood Bingo and Moon Bingo from Rank Group. In 2025 BMM Testlabs certified its bingo solution and RNG for US Class II gaming, according to the company.
