History
Bragg's operating core is Oryx Gaming, founded in Slovenia in 2010 by Matevž Mazij and acquired by Bragg Gaming Group in 2018. The listed parent, Bragg Gaming Group Inc., gives a business address in Toronto, and its careers page lists offices in Ljubljana, London, Sliema, Toronto, Las Vegas, Reno, Brazil and India. Mazij stayed on as Oryx CEO through the integration, joined the Bragg board in 2021, became chair in June 2023 and group CEO in August 2023; Matt Davey became non-executive chairman in July 2026.
The group develops games in its in-house studios Atomic Slot Lab, Wild Streak Gaming and Indigo Magic, adds exclusive content from partner studios such as Reflex Gaming, Boomerang and Four Leaf Gaming, and distributes both with third-party games through Bragg Hub, which it says offers more than 15,000 games from 120+ providers. It says it has more than 200 customers and is licensed in over 30 regulated markets across Europe, North America and Latin America. It completed the acquisition of Drayton International in July 2026, and in August 2026 reported 44% year-on-year growth in revenue from its proprietary content in Canada and the US.

How well established
The licences with their numbers, the legal entities and the Oryx acquisition history are documented on the official and investor sites. Bragg's own founding year is not settled there: its press releases give its inception as 2012 in one and 2018 in another, so the year is left open.
