History
Blue Dragon presents itself as an all-in-one sweepstakes game system and says it offers more than 55 games, listed as 46 slot games, 6 pick'em games, 4 fish games and 3 keno games. The app is offered for desktops, iOS and Android, and a browser version is promoted as Blue Dragon 2.0. Its business model is agent-based: distributors and stores open an account, buy e-credits, and use the Blue Dragon point-of-sale management system to create player accounts, set scores and print receipts, with optional in-store equipment and a promotional kiosk for convenience stores.
The site footer reads 'Blue Dragon Sweepstakes' with a 2022 copyright, and support is offered through Telegram. Its terms and conditions, published as a PDF, refer to the operator as BlueDragonSlots.com, describe the games as entertainment that does not offer real-money gambling, and set New York law and arbitration in New York for disputes. A separate sweepstakes guide explains a Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin model in which Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for eligible winnings.
