History

Bluberi was founded in 1994 as a content provider, moved into Class II gaming in 2006 and into Class III in 2012, according to its January 2026 Nevada licence announcement. Its headquarters and business operations are in Las Vegas, and its long-standing base in Drummondville, Quebec hosts the Nordik studio and its R&D, engineering and tech-support functions. It builds its own cabinet range under the Beacon name (Beacon Elite, Beacon Plus, Beacon Jumbo and Beacon Soundwave) together with hold-and-spin and lock-style slot titles, and publishes a list of patents on its site.

Its development is organised as a multi-studio network: Pi Studio in Reno, Pixel Jam in Moncton, Jackalope in Austin and Nordik in Drummondville. In August 2026 it announced three more studios: Blu Chip in Las Vegas, an Atlanta studio, and its first dedicated iGaming studio in the Montreal area, meant to bring its land-based franchises to online players in North America and beyond. In January 2026 it announced a licence from the Nevada Gaming Commission and said it then held 213 active licences across 195 jurisdictions. The company behind the site is Bluberi Gaming USA, Inc.
