Betby says it launched in 2018. Its entity, Earlybird Ltd, is registered in Malta under number C 94530 with a registered address in Birkirkara and has held MGA licence MGA/B2B/780/2020 since 3 August 2020. It sells a hosted sportsbook in which it runs trading, risk management, player segmentation and reporting for operators, quoting over 210,000 events a month across more than 125 sports and 30+ languages. Its About page names Leonid Pertsovskiy as CEO and lists offices in Riga, Sliema, Budva and Barcelona; the careers page adds Athens.
Around the sportsbook it has added esports betting on titles such as Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and League of Legends, virtual sports, and Betby.Games, a feed of AI-simulated e-soccer, e-tennis, e-basketball and other matches that it sells inside its sportsbook, as a stand-alone module or as an odds feed, citing more than 500 clients. AI Labs groups tools for personalisation, churn and lifetime-value prediction and risk alerts. BETBY Predictions offers fixed-odds markets on politics, finance, crypto and entertainment, and BETBY SlotBets, launched on 8 September 2026, turns live matches into slot-style rounds.
