History
Aviator Studio Limited has its registered office in the Quad Central building in Birkirkara, Malta, and appears in the Malta Gaming Authority register with a B2B critical-supply licence (MGA/B2B/1096/2025) for Type 1 casino games. Its flagship is a multiplayer crash game called Aviator with single and double bets, auto bet and auto cash-out, and its game page also lists Aviator Lucky, Dice Duel, Minescape and a blackjack title.
The company's site sets out its position in a trademark dispute over the Aviator name. It says the brand was first used in gambling in Georgia, where City Loft LLC, the former owner of Adjarabet, commissioned a land casino called Aviator in Tbilisi, and that the related IP was transferred in May 2022 to Aviator LLC, from which Aviator Studio holds an exclusive worldwide licence except for Georgia. It states that Georgian courts invalidated Spribe's Aviator trademarks in 2024, a decision upheld in February 2025, and that similar actions are pending at the EUIPO and in the UK.
