History
EveryMatrix announced Armadillo Studios in June 2021 as a games studio in Miami, Florida, intended to develop online casino games around US-specific game logic and player preferences. The launch release named Razvan Haiduc as chief executive and David Stoveld as chief operations officer. Its first titles appeared from January 2022, including 15 Armadillos, The Lioness with Amanda Nunes, a branded slot built around the UFC fighter, and Mythological Mayhem Supreme Streaks.
The armadillostudios.com domain redirects to fantasmagames.com, the site of Fantasma Games, the Stockholm studio that EveryMatrix acquired in 2024. As of October 2026 that site lists 35 games credited to Armadillo Studios alongside Fantasma's own titles, with release dates running from January 2022 to 20 Armadillos in September 2025. Individual game pages list certified markets across Europe, Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Peru), Ontario and the US states of New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Connecticut. The footer names EveryMatrix Software Limited as the Malta Gaming Authority licensee.
