Ainsworth Game Technology

Ainsworth Game Technology was founded in 1995 by Len Ainsworth to design, make, lease, sell and service gaming machines. Its Ambassador machine of 2001 began a line of cabinets that continued with the Ambassador SL in 2007, the A560SL in 2013, the A600 in 2015 and the dual-screen A-STAR in 2020, followed by the A-STAR Raptor, which began production in Las Vegas in late 2023. Game and jackpot franchises include Rumble Rumble, the Players Paradise linked jackpot and the Quadshot range.

The company operates as a fully integrated business covering design, development, assembly, testing, sales and field service. In 2016 it opened a 291,000-square-foot North American office and factory in Las Vegas, and it also supplies a historical horse racing system to US venues and an interactive games division. It is incorporated in Australia and listed on the ASX under the code AGI, and in May 2026 it named Ryan Comstock chief executive. In 2026 its non-executive directors included the chair and the vice-chair of Novomatic AG's supervisory board, according to their board biographies.
