History
The business was founded in 2005 as Apex Trading a.s. to trade video lottery terminals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Petr Zámečník became its sole owner in 2009. In 2011 the group set up NEXT DATA s.r.o. to develop software and hardware for the gaming industry, and in November 2011 the business passed by merger to the present ADELL TRADING a.s. (IČO 24736732, incorporated in 2010 as TONWELL a.s.), which continued to sell terminals under the ADELL brand. Adell SK s.r.o. became the distributor of ADELL VLTs in Slovakia in 2012, when distribution also began in Poland. A 2023 restructuring made the newly created Adell Holding a.s. the owner of the group's key companies.
ADELL TRADING entered online gaming in 2019 with Fortuna in the Czech Republic, then added Fortuna in Slovakia (2020), Tipsport, Chance and Sazka (2021), Totalizator in Poland and Tipos in Slovakia (2022), and Betano CZ and Niké (2023). In October 2024 it completed BMM certification for South Africa, and in November 2024 it began working with operators in Latvia; in 2025 it added operators in Croatia, Lithuania and Serbia while GLI certification for Brazil and Portugal was under way. The site claims more than 100 original games and over 40 operator partners, reached directly and through aggregators including Playtech, EveryMatrix, Bragg and Intelligent Gaming, and lists its own Bonus Collect, three-level ADELL Jackpot, Bonus Buy and Risk gamble features.
