If your losses are higher than your Active Balance, cashback is calculated only up to the Active Balance. Your net loss is $100, but your Active Balance is $60. Your cashback is calculated from $60 only. 10% of $60 = $64. When and how is cashback credited? Daily cashback is calculated automatically at 01:00 UTC the next day and must be claimed within 24 hours.
