I've been building companies in iGaming for fifteen years.
Today I'm Founder & CEO of Elevate AI, the team behind OneHazel and Hazel's Agents, an AI team that builds integrations inside your own codebase. Your engineers review and merge every change, you own everything the agents write, and your team gets back to building product.
We run on four people and eight AI agents, with humans accountable for every outcome. In 2026 we won the SiGMA Asia Startup Pitch in Manila and the NEXT Pitch in Valletta.
Before this, I co-founded two businesses and exited both, ran sales at Times of Malta for six years, and was CSO at XGENIA, winner of the SiGMA Europe Startup Pitch 2024.
I'm also Stripe Community Lead for Malta, a VC Lab Fellow, and a regular speaker at SiGMA, ICE, SBC and AIBC.
