Arman Gal is co-founder and CEO of Smartico.ai, a leading B2B provider of unified CRM, gamification, and loyalty solutions for the iGaming industry. With over two decades of experience in software development and R&D leadership, he has shaped player retention strategies for major operators and platforms worldwide.

Career

Gal began his career as a software developer in Israel, working on tax, real-estate, and insurance systems before joining the Israeli Defence Forces’ accounting unit as a Java developer. He later moved into fintech as architecture and development lead at IDI Ventures, building B2B trading systems.

He transitioned to iGaming in 2010 as Chief Software Architect for Poker at Playtech, where he redesigned server infrastructure and led international development teams. In 2013, he became R&D Department Manager for Playtech’s poker clients across Sofia and Kiev, overseeing 50+ developers and B2B delivery.

In 2016, Gal co-founded Tiebreak Solutions Bulgaria as CEO and CTO, focusing on CRM automation, gamification, and real-time BI for retention marketing. He joined DraftKings in 2020 as Project and Delivery lead, launching sportsbook and casino products in multiple U.S. states, before becoming CEO of Smartico.ai in 2022.

He also co-founded TheAffiliatePlatform.com in 2022, an affiliate management system designed for iGaming operators. His background spans poker, sports betting, and casino verticals, with deep expertise in regulated markets and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
