Vermantia
Vermantia is a betting-content and retail-broadcast supplier rather than a sportsbook platform vendor: it produces and distributes live racing and sports channels, virtual sports and number games, plus the digital-signage and content-delivery software that plays them on betting-shop screens. Its customers are lotteries and betting operators with retail estates, who take the content alongside whatever betting platform they already run. Named platforms include Vision (digital signage and content management), HAL (retail delivery) and CONNECT (data and odds services).

История
Vermantia was founded in Athens in 2007 by Filippos Antonopoulos, building a business around custom-built live racing and sports channels delivered to betting shops by satellite, streaming or in-shop rendering, complemented by a virtual sports and number-games portfolio. Arena Racing Company (ARC), the UK racecourse and media group, took a majority stake in March 2018 and completed the full acquisition on 21 November 2022. Following completion, former chief operating officer George Fotopoulos became chief executive and founder Filippos Antonopoulos moved to a strategic consultant role for ARC. The company reports operations across 32 countries with offices in Athens, Cyprus, Italy, the UK, the CIS region and Nigeria.

The technical fingerprint is inferred rather than directly documented. The 2007 founding, the Athens headquarters, the ARC ownership and all three listed operators are confirmed from Vermantia's own announcements. No regulator licence could be substantiated, and the present split of responsibilities between the Vision, HAL and CONNECT product names is only loosely documented in public.
