История
UltraPlay was set up in Sofia in 2010 and launched its sports betting platform in 2011, followed by an early bitcoin-accepting casino in 2012. The company's own timeline dates its live in-play esports betting product to 2014, entry into Asian markets to 2016 and Latin America to 2023; it reports more than 100 staff at its Sofia office. Since around 2022 UltraPlay has operated as part of ODDS Group, a privately held igaming group that brought together UltraPlay with ODDS.GG, Galaxy.bet and NFTpay.GG. iGaming Business covered the consolidation in March 2023 in an interview with UltraPlay chief executive Mario Ovcharov; the UltraPlay brand and product range continued unchanged after the consolidation.

The technical fingerprint is directly documented. The founding year, the headquarters and the product scope are solid, taken from the vendor's own site and from trade press. The MGA and Curacao entries come from UltraPlay's own certifications strip and were not confirmed in a regulator register, and the exact legal form and date of the ODDS Group transaction is not documented in any filing found.
