История
SOFTSWISS began in Minsk, Belarus, as an IT outsourcing startup in September 2008, with the SOFTSWISS brand adopted in July 2009; the founder is Ivan Montik. It pivoted to iGaming with a casino platform in 2012, was an early adopter of cryptocurrency payments in online casinos from 2013, and made its first product presentation and signed its first contract at ICE London in February 2013. The Game Aggregator followed in October 2015. After the 2020 political crisis in Belarus the company left the country and moved its main office to Gzira, Malta, opening development centres in Poznan, Poland (2021), Tbilisi, Georgia (2022) and Warsaw, Poland (2023). The in-house Sportsbook Platform launched in November 2020, during that relocation. In January 2024 SOFTSWISS acquired a majority stake in Turfsport, a South African sports betting software company, and in April 2024 invested in Ously Games GmbH's SpinArena platform. A Prediction Markets Platform launched in February 2026 and the company ran a rebranding and repositioning in July 2026. SOFTSWISS is privately held with no stock market listing.

Насколько подтверждено
The technical fingerprint is directly documented. That the sportsbook is in-house and launched in November 2020 is confirmed by SOFTSWISS's own milestone timeline and corroborated by a January 2023 release marking its second year since launch; the move from Belarus to Malta and the development centres are well supported. The founding year recorded here is the company's, 2009, rather than the sportsbook product's, 2020. Ultimate ownership behind the Cypriot and Maltese holding structure is not verifiable from public sources, and several hostile blog sources on that subject were disregarded as unreliable.
