GR8 Tech

GR8 Tech is Parimatch Tech operating under a new name. Parimatch Tech was the technology company behind the Parimatch betting brand, which itself dates from 1994; iGaming Business reports Parimatch Tech was set up in 2021 as a separate B2B entity. Through 2022, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the B2B technology business was separated from the consumer Parimatch brand, and on 25 January 2023 the rename to GR8 Tech was announced, with Evgen Belousov promoted to chief executive in place of Maksym Liashko. GR8 Tech and Parimatch are presented as separate businesses from that point: the rebrand covered only the B2B division, while the Parimatch betting company was described as unchanged. In March 2023, after Parimatch's Ukrainian operation was shut down, trade press reported GR8 Tech continuing to trade as a separate supplier.

At launch the GR8 Tech line-up still included a "GR8 Parimatch franchise" product allowing partners to use the Parimatch brand in regulated markets; the Parimatch name no longer appears in the company's current product range. The engineering lineage is Ukrainian, while the trademark holder and website operator is a Cyprus company, Interium Investments Ltd (registration HE 450115), at Spyrou Kyprianou Ave 120, Limassol. The company also has offices in Warsaw (Poland) and Chisinau (Moldova) and states over 1,000 employees.
