История
EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 by Ebbe Groes and Stian Hornsletten and built out its module-by-module product line from a Malta base with development concentrated in Bucharest and, later, sixteen offices including London, Lviv, Zagreb, Yerevan, Sofia, Krakow, Chiang Mai, Changsha and Curacao. It added its own games studios, Spearhead Studios in 2019 and Armadillo Studios in 2021, and made a run of acquisitions: TOTOIT in Thailand in October 2020, the Zagreb sports betting developer Leapbit in May 2022, and the Swedish game studio Fantasma Games in 2024 through a recommended public cash offer of SEK 59 per share. The most significant sportsbook move was the acquisition of FSB Technology, announced in July 2024 in an all-cash transaction. FSB, founded in 2007 by Sam Lawrence and David McDowell, supplied turnkey and specialist sportsbook technology with player account management and horse racing products, and was folded into the OddsMatrix division to add UK, Irish and African market presence; EveryMatrix later said FSB contributed roughly 14 percent of additional sportsbook gross gaming revenue volumes and doubled its trading and quantitative analysis team. In November 2025 Jonas Groes was appointed co-CEO alongside co-founder Ebbe Groes. The company remains privately held: no listing on the London Stock Exchange or any other exchange could be substantiated, and its stated 'EveryMatrix 2030' plan is described as a move away from short-term exit planning.

The technical fingerprint is directly documented. The founding, the corporate structure, the licences and the FSB and Fantasma acquisitions are well sourced. Two points need flagging: repeated searches found no evidence that EveryMatrix has ever listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market or on any other exchange, so the company should be treated as private; and its own 2026 about page shows OddsMatrix being renamed towards 'EveryMatrix Sports' while the homepage still uses OddsMatrix, so that naming transition is in progress rather than complete.
