Digitain
Digitain is a B2B iGaming software supplier based in Yerevan, Armenia, selling the Centrivo platform into which operators plug sportsbook, casino, live dealer and virtual sports modules, together with the Paydrom payment gateway, a bonus engine, CRM, native iOS and Android apps and retail betting shop systems. It serves online and land-based operators and reports 150-plus partners. Digitain holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence through its Maltese subsidiary Digitain (MT) Limited, a Romanian ONJN licence and a Curacao licence, and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001.

Digitain traces its origin to 1999 in Armenia, where the business began as a national lottery operation — so the 1999 date the company cites refers to that lottery business, not to a sportsbook software company. It moved into B2C affiliate activity and then, in 2004, began selling betting software and platform services to other operators; the focus shifted decisively onto sportsbook and casino software around 2011. Yerevan has remained the company's operational base throughout. Digitain obtained a Romanian ONJN licence in 2019 and a Malta Gaming Authority licence in 2020, launched the Paydrom payment gateway in 2022, and opened offices in Bucharest and London in 2023. It reported around 3,000 employees in 2023 and revenue of about USD 182 million in 2024. Digitain is privately held with no stock market listing and no disclosed parent company; it has no corporate relationship to BetConstruct/SoftConstruct, the other large Yerevan-based sportsbook supplier, which is a separate competitor.

The distinction between the 1999 lottery business and the 2004 software business is confirmed by two independent write-ups of Digitain's own timeline, and the licences and headquarters are consistent across them — but digitain.com itself blocked retrieval, so none of this comes straight from the vendor's about page. XLiveBet is confirmed as a client; Fugu (fugu.casino) could not be verified either way. No founder is named here because only one weak source gives one.
