Delasport
Delasport sells a business-to-business iGaming platform combining an in-house sportsbook, an in-house casino, player account management and the Orbit content-management system, offered as a turnkey, white-label or modular deployment. It states that it fully owns the intellectual property for both its sportsbook and its casino platforms, and it holds licences in eight jurisdictions including Ontario, Great Britain, Malta, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden and South Africa. Its own white-label customers can substitute a different sportsbook vendor, so a Delasport platform does not guarantee a Delasport sportsbook.

Delasport marked its tenth anniversary in December 2020, placing its founding around 2010. It grew from a sportsbook supplier into a full platform business, adding player account management, the Orbit CMS, the Betiator front-end layer, a SuperPot jackpot product, an odds feed and managed trading services, and pushed into newly regulated markets — Ontario, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil and the Philippines among them. Its published partner list is broad and regulated-market weighted, including Casino999 in Denmark, OKBET in the Philippines, TitanPlay, Maverick Games, Goldrush and Green Brick Labs in Ontario, A247 in Brazil, OneCasino in the Netherlands, Videoslots, Campeon Gaming, Betcris and ProgressPlay. No acquisition of Delasport, and no rename, was found: the company's own about page names an independent executive team led by chief executive Oren Cohen Shwartz and states that Delasport owns its platform intellectual property outright, with no parent company mentioned. Its headquarters is ambiguous — Gibraltar is the registered seat of Delasport Limited, third-party listings give Malta, and the largest offices are in Sofia and Plovdiv.

The licences, certifications, product set and partner names come from Delasport's own site, and the Gibraltar entity from its privacy policy, so those are firm. A reported 2024 acquisition by an operator group could not be substantiated: no such deal appears in the vendor's news, in trade-press archives or in company registries, and Delasport still presents itself as independent. The headquarters is ambiguous — Gibraltar is the registered seat, third-party listings give Malta, and the largest offices are in Sofia and Plovdiv.
