Pariplay
Pariplay is a content aggregator, owned by Aristocrat, that distributes thousands of third-party games through its Fusion platform. It also operates a first-party studio, Wizard Games. It is not a pure studio: most content under a Pariplay integration was developed by other companies.

История
Pariplay was founded around 2010 and built the Fusion aggregation platform, giving operators access to a large multi-studio catalogue plus promotional and player-engagement tools through one integration. Aspire Global acquired it in 2019. NeoGames then completed a tender offer for about 99.3% of Aspire Global in mid-2022, and Aristocrat Leisure completed its acquisition of NeoGames on 25 April 2024 at USD 29.50 per share, valuing it at roughly USD 1.2bn. NeoGames was combined with Aristocrat's Anaxi brand to form the Aristocrat Interactive division.
Pariplay therefore sits inside Aristocrat Interactive, three ownership changes on from independence, alongside Aspire Global's operator platform, BtoBet's sportsbook and OnAir Entertainment's live content partnership. Its own studio, Wizard Games, develops first-party slots that ship through the same integration — which is why casino supplier lists show Pariplay and Wizard Games separately. Treating Pariplay's carried catalogue as Pariplay-developed content is the standard error with aggregators.
