Ezugi

Ezugi was founded around 2012 and built a live dealer business aimed at markets Evolution was not then serving well — India, South East Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe — with dealers, languages and game variants tuned to those regions. It also streamed from land-based casino floors rather than only from purpose-built studios. Its founding location is not reliably documented; Israel is commonly cited and its development origins are traced to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Evolution announced the acquisition in 2018 and closed it in 2019. Rather than merging the catalogue, Evolution kept Ezugi as a separate brand and integration, which is why many casinos list Evolution and Ezugi as two suppliers. In several markets Ezugi now operates under Evolution's own licences rather than holding standalone ones — in the United Kingdom explicitly so. Its regional-variant catalogue remains its distinguishing feature and is the reason it appears heavily on India- and LatAm-facing operators.
